Know what makes Vrikshawali different

Vrikshawali is a step ahead in the environmental non-profit sector. There are many NGOs who undertake tree plantation programmes. But in most cases, they plant trees only after receiving financial contribution from clients and supports. Moreover, the expected change is not visible due to lack of consistency and determination. Most saplings die away due to lack of proper care and nurturing.

Many NGOs remain heavily dependent on external funding sources to sustain their daily operations. But Vrikshawali stands out as most of our tree planting initiatives are self-funded and driven by the personal feelings and commitment of our core team members. We are committed to planting around a million trees this monsoon, irrespective of support from corporate donors or with active public participation from supporters.

We have planted about 18500 trees so far. The impacts of our efforts are evident to all who live in Jaipur. So far, all of our projects have yielded positive results in preserving the environment.
